


I am Anna Sazo, nutrition and lifestyle coach.

I have been passionate my whole life about helping people to improve their health, loose weight and make choices leading to a better lifestyle.

I have lived in 5 different countries,am fluent in 5 languages and have always observed the lifestyles of varias people,seeking the best from all cultures.

Personally, I have been fighting with my weight for the biggest part of my life. It took me many years, studying and practicing to really understand how I can keep my weight under control and enjoy life at the same time.

In my late 20s I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
This is very debilitating illness.
Depression, weight gain, low energy and a lot of other symptoms are common when you have this condition.

After graduating from Nutrition school, experimenting with different approaches and techniques,and making several changes in my lifestyle, I began to overcome this illness and, today am in total remission.
â €
As a larger part of my practice, I have always been interested in slowing the aging process. We all age, but the question is how?
I think all of us can live very long and healthy lives if we just adjust our daily behaviors.
